A renovation rarely involves a single trade. Redoing a bathroom means plumbing, electrics, tiling and often making good a partition. Giving each package to a different firm means coordinating the schedules yourself and arbitrating when two contractors pass the blame for a defect.

Our teams cover all the trades listed above. A project that draws on three or four of them still runs through one project lead, with a single quotation and a coherent programme.

Where we work

We work mainly in Geneva and Lausanne, and more broadly across French-speaking Switzerland. We are equally at home in older city-centre buildings — which call for cable and pipe routing that suits the structure, and coordination with managing agents — and in recent construction and commercial premises.

Do all the services have to be chosen at once?

No. Many projects start with a single trade and widen once the work is under way. The quotation is then extended, not rewritten.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes, after a survey. We warrant what we carry out, not the earlier work, and we say so plainly in the quotation.
