We design, program and commission KNX-based automation in Geneva, Lausanne and French-speaking Switzerland, for homes and for commercial buildings alike. KNX is an open worldwide standard: your installation depends neither on a single manufacturer nor on an online service that may be discontinued.

What we control

  • Lighting: circuits, dimming, scenes, presence detection
  • Climate: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, per-room control
  • Blinds and shutters, on schedules and on sunlight
  • Energy consumption monitoring and optimisation
  • Access control and integration of security systems
  • Gateways to voice interfaces and mobile apps

The engineering side

A KNX installation is judged on its programming, not on its hardware list. We take on the study, the bus design, the ETS programming, commissioning, and the optimisation after move-in, when real use shows what needs adjusting.

We work with certified hardware from more than 500 manufacturers, which lets each component be chosen on merit and keeps future extensions open. You receive the ETS project for your installation: another integrator can take it over, which is not the case with proprietary systems.

New build and renovation

In new construction the bus is laid with the electrical installation and the extra cost stays modest. In a renovation we combine wired bus where cable routes exist with KNX radio components elsewhere, so the walls do not all have to be opened up.

Because we also carry out the electrical installation, the climate systems and the finishing, automation is not bolted on afterwards by an outside firm: it is designed into the electrical layout from the start.

Frequently asked questions

Does KNX work without an internet connection?

Yes. The logic sits in the bus devices; the internet only serves remote access and voice gateways. A connection outage does not turn off your lighting.

Can KNX be installed in an existing flat?

Yes, by combining wired bus with KNX radio components. We assess at the site visit what is feasible without re-chasing every wall.

Am I tied to your company afterwards?

No. We hand over the ETS project, which lets any certified integrator take the installation on.

Can the installation be extended later?

Yes — that is the main point of the standard: adding an actuator or a function does not require replacing the system.
