What to prepare for an accurate quotation

The more precise your enquiry, the more precise the quotation. If you have to hand:

  • The address of the property and its approximate floor area
  • The year of construction, or at least the rough period
  • Photos of the rooms concerned, even taken on a phone
  • The status of the property: owner, tenant, co-ownership
  • A sense of the budget range and the timing you want

We can still reply without these, but the estimate will stay broad until the technical visit.

How we respond

We reply within 24 working hours. The first exchange is there to frame the project; the firm figure always follows a visit to the property, because the condition of what is already there weighs more on the price than the choice of materials.

We work in French, English and Russian.

Where we work

Geneva, Lausanne and all of French-speaking Switzerland. For a more distant site, the travel is priced into the quotation.
